PACKAGE A Self-Defense 101
An introductory workshop to provide basic skills and techniques to avoid, become aware and protect yourself in the event of an attack.

PACKAGE B Six Week Session
This workshop goes beyond the Self-Defense 101 basics and materials. It will take you to the next level and give you additional tools to prevent, be aware and execute to keep your mind and body focused so you can feel safe in any environment. Between sessions there will be instructions, exercises and other information delivered through emails.
Minimum 8 Students
- Age 13 and up
- Session 90 Minutes, weekly for six weeks
- Investment $99 per person*

PACKAGE C Private Instruction
For individuals or groups of up to three students. Obtain valuable information in small, non-threatening environment.

- Session Custom tailored
- Investment $50.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
PACKAGE D Corporate Connection
Large group, club, association or employee workshops. No time after work? Take advantage of our BROWN BAG special. We will come to you during lunch time for a condensed yet informational session.

PACKAGE K Just For Kids
Are you secure in the knowledge that your child can escape or prevent an abduction attempt? Equip your child with the skills to help them understand abduction tactics, become aware & provide them the tools to help them avoid becoming a victim.
